Part 1 shows sunken Ger. ships in the Kiel (Ger.) Harbor; the Europa at Bremerhaven, Ger.; a midget Ger. submarine at Copenhagen, Den.; and scenes of the Belsen Concentration Camp. Displaced persons are fed and treated; POW's remove dead DP's; buildings are burned to fight disease. Part 2 shows the use of a rocket booster to speed falling bombs. Part 3 shows camouflaged Ger. pillboxes in Cortina, It. Part 4 (CB only), Italians learn land mine removal and clear their farms. Part 4 (SFR only) describes the LCS(L)3 and demonstrates its fire power. Part 5 (CB only) duplicates SFR 55, part 3. Part 5 (SFR only), B-24's drop radio-controlled azon bombs on Thailand and (Reel 2) the Palau Islands. Shows close-ups of a plane suffering a direct hit.
