Morrow, Sam Rayburn, Joe Martin, Styles Bridges, Herman Welker, Carl Hayden, Leslies C. Arends, Mark J. Trice and Edwin King. On speakers stand: Omar Bradley, Fred M. Vinson, Harry S. Truman, Herbert H. Hoover. William Knowland administers the oath to Richard Nixon. Vinson administers the oath to Eisenhower. Eisenhower gives Inaugural Prayer and Address. Luncheon at Senate follows. With Eisenhower reviewing the Inaugural Parade were Herbert Hoover, appointed cabinet members: Charles E. Wilson, George Humphrey, John Foster Dulles, Arthur Summerfield, Herbert Brownell, Douglas McKay, Secy. of Commerce Sinclair Weeks, Ezra Taft Benson; in addition, Harold Stassen, Oveta Culp Hobby, Sherman Adams, Governor Edward Arn.
