Camera on Tojo as Brannon states "Togo, as you heard in the courtroom, says that you among others were not dependable."
Tojo in answer to Brannon's questions about his dependability in giving information to members of the staff says he always kept the men of the staff informed as to his conferences with his Majesty.
Mr Brannon is interrupted in his question of Tojo by Mr Keenan who asks the court that this witness be instructed that character evidence is not admissible, etc etc.
Mr Keenan comes to lectern again and when asked why he made this particular objection to character evidence, expresses the hope of the trials nearing completion and stressing the bulk of the work the staff has to do, etc etc.
