Résumé WAR CRIMES TRIALS (TOJO DEFENSE) Tokyo, Japan 29 Dec 1947
Tojo listening to Blewett reading his affidavit.
HS, RV, Blewett reading document #2811 in Tojo's defense.
This part of the affidavit deals with negotiations between Japan and the US in an effort to reach an agreement in relation to the status quo in the Pacific.
Tojo states, in his affidavit, that the demands of the US that the Japanese remove their troops from Indochina and China and a repudiation of the Manchukuoan Government were, to the Japanese, impossible.
