Truman, Herbert H. Hoover. William Knowland administers the oath to Richard Nixon. Vinson administers the oath to Eisenhower. Eisenhower gives Inaugural Prayer and Address. Luncheon at Senate follows. With Eisenhower reviewing the Inaugural Parade were Herbert Hoover, appointed cabinet members: Charles E.
